About the position

Join Intuit as an Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 (EABP 2) for our Corporate Strategy team. Intuit's Corporate Strategy and Development team works on highly visible, key acquisition and strategy initiatives. The team is focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing on opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence for Intuit and its portfolio of businesses. The work mirrors the work found at top venture capital/private equity firms, investment banks, and strategy consulting firms. Key activities include pursuing M&A opportunities, direct investing through Intuit Ventures, developing new and disruptive businesses, investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, and presenting findings to corporate leadership and Intuit's Board of Directors. As an Executive Assistant Business Partner, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to the corporate strategy team, including Intuit's SVP of corporate strategy, several directors, and their reports in the Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) team. You will utilize your skills and analytical knowledge to perform the more complex duties of the position and work closely with EABPs supporting other Intuit leaders. Your role will involve initiating appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems, escalating issues to management when appropriate, and exercising excellent judgment while handling confidential information. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days a week at our Mountain View, CA HQ. Candidates must live within a commutable distance from Mountain View, CA, or be available for relocation (US domestic relocation only). This is not a remote role. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the corporate strategy team including Intuit's SVP of corporate strategy, several directors, and their reports in the Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) team.
  • Plan and manage multiple calendars and travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Work collaboratively with EAs in a ‘cluster' team environment, providing backup cover for their teams during holiday or sickness.
  • Coordinate and administer special projects for department and/or corporate initiatives, including customer interviews, external meetings, and internal meetings.
  • Respond timely to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence on behalf of strategy team leaders.
  • Support department budget administration, including purchase order creation and expense reports.
  • Track department initiatives and projects; follow up on outstanding action items and provide status reports to the manager.
  • Create, maintain, and update reference documents for department use.
  • Answer general questions, research unknown answers, and dispense appropriate information to employees and customers/vendors.
  • Work with CS&D EABP team on site planning and space arrangements for new hires.
  • Maintain org charts for the functional group.
  • Organize office social events, network with the group, and plan team offsites.
  • Support hiring, onboarding planning, and provide meeting support to new hires.

  • Proficient in standard office software and operation of office equipment, with experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
  • Fundamental project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution.
  • BA or AA preferred.
