This includes processing expense reports and making travel arrangements for both internal and external stakeholders attending conferences. In addition to scheduling, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, which includes filing documents, managing travel logistics, and preparing marketing materials. The role demands excellent communication skills, as the Executive Assistant will be the main point of contact for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping or accounting, as these skills are essential for managing financial documents and correspondence related to rental notices and collection of rental checks. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate international travel, including flights, hotels, and video conferences, making attention to detail and time management critical for success in this role. Responsibilities
