About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CFO at Opry Entertainment Group & Ryman Hospitality Properties plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the CFO's office. This position serves as the primary point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders, managing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant is responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements, while also preparing necessary materials and reports. This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administrative functions for the office of the CFO.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for multiple internal and external parties.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CFO.
  • Anticipate and prepare materials needed for appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Review the nature of appointments to determine urgency and schedule as appropriate.
  • Ensure coordination of logistics for related events involving senior leaders.
  • Prepare expense reports and check requests for senior leaders.
  • Monitor incoming calls from banking relationship partners and direct as appropriate.
  • Support the CEO's Executive Assistant/Project Manager in executing logistics for banking partner events.
  • Monitor incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from external research analysts and investors.
  • Schedule analyst and investor meetings and execute logistics for IR events.
  • Coordinate with General Counsel and Controller for Board of Director Committee meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's IR website.
  • Create, prepare, assemble, and distribute information as requested by the CFO.
  • Handle various situations involving the office's clerical and administrative functions.
  • Assist with special events and activities as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years administrative experience, preferably at the executive level.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines is critical.
  • Required to handle highly sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
