Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for FP&A executives.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls appropriately.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling of meetings with Disney senior leadership.
  • Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Manage FP&A department invoices and ensure timely processing and approval.
  • Oversee daily management of the physical office space, including ordering office supplies and catering.
  • Assist in forecasting and budget needs.
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
