About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of InvoiceCloud, a leading provider of online bill payment services. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage sensitive information, and facilitate communication between the CRO and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide high-level executive administrative support to the CRO
  • Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational changes
  • Arrange and coordinate key meetings
  • Help prepare agendas, presentations, and content for meetings
  • Access, review, prioritize, triage and respond to inbound communications including email and voicemail requests
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Translate data into presentations or critique presentations when requested
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and representative of the CRO in all communications with internal and external parties
  • Facilitate Employer Brand initiatives in partnership with HR and Marketing teams
  • Help drive smooth and flawless execution of strategic initiatives involving outside partners and agencies
  • Maintain a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
  • Effectively prioritize, coordinate, delegate and work under pressure

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an administrative support role required
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional email, written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A general interest in Human Resources and Marketing
  • College degree or equivalent
