The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies regarding all matters related to the CHRO, including those of a highly confidential nature. Responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CHRO.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts focused on external engagements.
  • Manage travel schedules, including booking complex domestic and international travel.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining contact lists and completing expense reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the CHRO.
  • Exercise judgment to reflect the CHRO's style and organizational policy in responses and referrals.
  • Undertake other projects and duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of related experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives at a Fortune 500 company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience with international travel management.
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  • Capacity to complete a high volume of tasks with little or no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick responses.
  • Excellent judgment is essential.
