About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Buffini & Company. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication tasks. The Executive Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer.
• Manage complex scheduling and calendaring for executives.
• Oversee travel management, including domestic and international arrangements.
• Prepare expense reports and edit contracts as needed.
• Conduct project management and research tasks.
• Facilitate effective communication with C-level executives, leadership, and external partners.
• Organize and manage agendas, meeting notes, and action steps for executives.
• Handle arrangements for in-person meetings, including catering and reservations.
• Process confidential financial and corporate materials.
• Collaborate with other Executive and Administrative Assistants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Zoom).
• Experience with Mac and Keynote is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage heavy calendar and travel bookings.
