About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team at TLCMYYARD LLC. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and requires a candidate who can manage multiple priorities effectively. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, which includes managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel itineraries and accommodations. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as assisting in event planning and coordination. Maintaining office filing systems and databases is essential, along with handling incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism. Your clerical tasks will include data entry, copying, and scanning documents, and you will utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping. Proficiency in Google Suite for document management is also required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing executive administrative support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
