About the position

As an Executive Assistant at Match Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the Senior People Leadership Team. This position is based in our corporate office in Dallas, TX, and requires you to be in the office three days a week, with the possibility of additional in-office days as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling interdepartmental meetings, and coordinating events with outside parties, including catering and site selection. You will also be responsible for submitting expense reports and managing a contract database, along with other ad hoc projects that may arise. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the CHRO while also assisting 4 to 5 members of the Senior People Leadership Team with various tasks and projects. This includes making extensive travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, as well as booking travel for candidates and guests as required. You will interface with a wide range of employees and executives across our global portfolio of brands, assisting with presentations, reports, and drafting memos and other correspondence as needed. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Executive Assistants across our global brands will be essential to ensure smooth operations and streamline processes. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is proactive, organized, self-directed, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining strict confidentiality. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changes, willing to support additional executives when necessary, and able to work outside of traditional business hours if required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule interdepartmental meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with outside parties for catering and site selection.
  • Submit expense reports and manage a contract database.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CHRO and assist 4 to 5 members of the Sr. People Leadership Team with various tasks and projects.
  • Make travel arrangements, including air, land, and accommodations for extensive domestic and international travel.
  • Assist with booking travel for candidates and guests as needed.
  • Interface with employees and executives across the global portfolio of brands.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and drafting memos and correspondence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Sr. Executive Assistants across global brands to ensure smooth operations and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources Executives.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with an optimistic approach.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Google Workspace products.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Adaptable and flexible in supporting additional executives when needed.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients professionally and maturely.
