About the position

Devices & Services Trust & Privacy is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Directors. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. This position will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout Amazon. The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships, and maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. The role demands high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. The Executive Assistant will provide seamless support to the two Directors and support the business direction of the organization. This includes maintaining the annual business calendar and facilitating the integration and prioritization of business activities. The role involves tracking and following up on outstanding action items from meetings or key deliverables, assisting with the creation, editing, and management of confidential business documents and reporting, and managing complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel and expense management for multiple leaders. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will proactively look for ways to improve administrative processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team. Anticipating challenges and planning accordingly ahead of need is crucial. Building relationships with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company, as well as with Finance, HR, and Legal partners for the organization, is also a key responsibility. The role may also involve owning and managing space planning for the organization as needed.

Responsibilities
