About the position

Amazon Security is seeking a dedicated, customer-obsessed, and high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Devices and Services Trust Security (DSTS) team. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and great organizational skills. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. This role must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion. They will organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities such as staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, and all staff events. The Executive Assistant will also schedule cost-effective air, hotel, and ground transportation, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items. Importantly, the candidate should have fun at work and help others do the same. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience.
  • Experience with executive level calendar management.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.

  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
