About the position

The Executive Assistant/Estate Management role involves providing comprehensive support to a company founder, managing both professional and personal responsibilities, including home estate management. The position requires a unique blend of high-level executive support and hands-on estate management experience, ensuring efficient use of the principal's time and resources while maintaining smooth operations in all areas of the principal's life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and scheduling for business and personal
  • Handle confidential communications and documents
  • Prepare briefings for meetings and events
  • Act as liaison between the founder and stakeholders
  • Oversee property maintenance and improvements for the principal's residence
  • Manage household staff and service providers
  • Coordinate security measures for the residence
  • Manage household budgets and expenses
  • Organize and oversee private events at the residence
  • Handle personal shopping and errands as needed
  • Coordinate with personal service providers (e.g., healthcare, education)
  • Manage correspondence and filing systems
  • Process expenses and reimbursements for both business and personal accounts
  • Coordinate with professional services (legal, financial)

Requirements

  • Significant experience in managing personal estates or high-end properties
  • 5+ years of experience as an EA for C-level executives or founders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
