About the position

The Executive Assistant at Lifepoint Behavioral Health plays a crucial role in providing advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support to designated leadership. This position is responsible for managing office operations and facility management duties, ensuring that the executives have the necessary support to perform their roles effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive assistance and facility management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, and initiates routine and non-routine correspondence and memoranda.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, coordinating related arrangements.
  • Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings.
  • May direct the activities of one or more employees.
  • Performs, supervises, and is responsible for reception staff, security, mail function, IT support, contracted facility services, and maintenance.
  • Ensures all business licensing functions are up to date and renewed as needed.
  • Supports one or more executives in an administrative capacity and assists other leaders as requested.
  • Maintains OSHA logs, MDS sheets, and other safety record-keeping requirements.
  • Sits on committees as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred in Business or related field.
  • 15+ years of Executive Assistant and Facility Management experience.
