About the position

The Executive Assistant for Fulfillment Technology & Robotics at Amazon will provide high-level support to three Directors within the FrontierAI Robotics team. This role is crucial in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities, all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
• Manage domestic and international travel
• Manage expense report coordination and submission
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, leadership off-sites, and team social events)
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Management of team space, including moves and restacks
• Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Have fun at work and help others do the same

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience working with large global teams
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
• Experience with workspace planning/management
