Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management
  • Coordinating agendas
  • Coordinating travel and expenses
  • Organizing team activities and events (such as off-sites, all-team meetings, and employee engagement activities)
  • Space planning
  • Tracking key deliverables
  • Ad hoc project coordination
  • Working independently with initiative and natural curiosity of how things work
  • Establishing productive partnerships and collaborating successfully on a broad spectrum of issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems with advanced knowledge of Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
