About the position

As an Executive Assistant supporting a team in Government Relations within Macquarie Asset Management Private Markets, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills. In this role, you will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives using Concur. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support their success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team events. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, with actual base salary varying based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
  • Process expenses and invoices using Coupa.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams.
  • Support the success of the team through active participation in various projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate team events and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and self-direct.
  • Strong project management skills and a sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Financial industry experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Futures Exchange rules, Dodd Frank Swap Dealer regulations, and the EPA.
  • Familiarity with FERC rules as it relates to Natural Gas and Power.
