  • Organize and manage meetings, events, and team-based programmatic events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the leadership team.
  • Support the annual operational planning process and performance review cycles.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Bachelor's degree
