Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enable effective and efficient work.
  • Operate as the center of communication for the team.
  • Prepare professional business communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and file expense reports.
  • Manage complex calendars for both executives, prioritize schedules, and identify and resolve conflicts.
  • Support broader firm calendar planning and manage critical meetings and communications with internal employees and external clients.
  • Be the point of contact for the team to the rest of the firm.
  • Assist on special projects as needed and develop process improvement skills.
  • Track and ensure that action items from leadership meetings are executed post-decision.
  • Review and summarize documents and reports as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience collaborating with senior executives.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Heavy calendar and contact management experience.
  • General Excel formula capabilities to organize data and build dashboards.
  • Editing and formatting expertise in PowerPoint utilizing templates.
