About the position

The Executive Assistant I at KeyBank plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operations and communication. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various technology platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating processes, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and understanding how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Guiding and enforcing Key's policies and procedures within the team
  • Prioritizing staff's data tool needs in IDM/ServiceNow
  • Facilitating the Know Your Customer (KYC) process
  • Creating client-ready materials needing minimal revision
  • Communicating effectively and decisively on assignments
  • Anticipating deliverables for upcoming milestones
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrating effective teamwork with junior staff

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to utilize technology platforms including Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
  • Experience in drafting memos and emails with proper formatting

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday Expenses, Workday Time, Workday Procurement, Workday HR
  • Knowledge of Key's policies and procedures
  • Ability to provide training for staff on technology platforms
