The position emphasizes confidentiality, communication, and initiative, making it a critical support role within the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and HR executive team members.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the HR department.
  • Maintain organized files and records for the HR executive team.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong background in executive support and administrative tasks.
