About the position

Aon is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant II to join our team in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include assisting US analytics colleagues and supporting senior leaders with their administrative and operational needs. On a typical day, you will be tasked with booking travel arrangements for US colleagues, organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining various operations management lists and reports. You will also provide general office support, assist in planning company meetings and events, and submit and reconcile expense reports. A flexible approach and attitude towards assisting others is essential, as you will also support disaster recovery plans and assist in the onboarding of new team hires. To thrive in this position, you will need strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is required, as well as a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or at least 3 years of equivalent proven experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Requirements
