Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.

  • Maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Support the SVP and EVP level in their administrative needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years of administrative support experience required.
  • Healthcare administrative support experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and hospital staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare administrative support.
