About the position

The Executive Assistant III position within the Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) organization is a senior-level role responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Vice President of AET and the Director of Benefits. This role is pivotal in managing complex executive calendars, organizing team activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the AET organization, which serves Amazon's global workforce. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to building long-term partnerships with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for internal stakeholders.
  • Plan domestic and international travel.
  • Coordinate and submit expense reports.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities such as staff meetings, global team meetings, off-sites, and team social events.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and projects, following up on outstanding items.
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports, ensuring they embody Amazon Leadership Principles in their work.
  • Work closely with the leadership team, business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support to the organization.
  • Document writing, editing, and readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant with C-level executive calendar management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous environment.
