Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize workflow efficiently for the executives.
  • Handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Make decisions where applicable and take initiative in task completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience providing clerical support to executive or management staff personnel.
  • Excellent secretarial and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Schedule+, and other applicable software programs.
  • Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
