The Executive Assistant for Ministry Development at Children's Hunger Fund (CHF) plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director and ensuring the effective and efficient accomplishment of the Executive's responsibilities and goals. The Executive Assistant will handle visitors and callers with care and respect, ensuring an excellent representation of the Executive, the Executive Team, and the organization as a whole. In this role, the Executive Assistant will maintain a strong organizational knowledge of CHF, particularly regarding department activities and responsibilities. This knowledge is essential for providing accurate information and being a proactive resource for the Executive. The Executive Assistant will execute projects and assignments as delegated by the Executive, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. They will also serve as the primary contact point in the Executive's absence, providing information and support to both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing the Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing for meetings, and ensuring effective communication of any changes.
