Responsibilities

  • Collect and prepare sensitive information for discussions and meetings.

  • Work on complex and diverse assignments requiring independent action and initiative.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Supervise administrative employees as needed.
  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling for internal and external customers.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email messaging tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful, self-motivated.
