The Social Media Specialist at Gold H2, Inc. is a multifaceted role that combines executive assistance, office administration, and social media management. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations while enhancing the company's online presence. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and follow up on executive communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and various departments, ensuring alignment on company priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors and procurement, and organizing company-wide communications.
  • Ensure a safe and productive workplace by managing facilities, handling maintenance requests, and overseeing general office upkeep.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, team events, and other company functions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding administrative inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, in alignment with the company's mission and branding.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Collaborate with business development and lead team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and biotech industry news to ensure relevant and impactful content.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, and/or social media management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a startup environment, biotech, or life sciences industry is a plus.
