About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior executives and ensure smooth operations within our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for our executives. You will also prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally presented. In addition to administrative tasks, you will act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your professionalism and excellent communication skills. You will assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring that all logistical aspects are executed seamlessly. Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing documents for meetings and presentations will also be part of your responsibilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior executives and contribute to strategic initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are seamlessly executed.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
