About the position

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will support the Latin America Sales Team at a top global private equity company in Miami, Florida. This temporary position is open-ended with the potential to become permanent based on business needs and performance. The role requires on-site presence five days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate the team's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy calendars
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Answer phone lines
  • Oversee monthly expenses
  • Handle expenses for team members
  • Order/track office supplies
  • Perform general office cleanliness duties as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as requested

Requirements

  • At least three years of corporate support experience
  • Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Confident individual with the ability to get things done
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits
