About the position

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager role at Sparrowhawk Development involves providing administrative support to the executive team while managing various office tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage the company and subsidiary company QuickBooks.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office tasks.
  • Manage and organize documents using Word, PDF editor, DocuSign, and other digital platforms.
  • Transcribe and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • File and organize paperwork and invoices, both physical and digital.
  • Maintain and update the Google calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings.

Requirements

  • Prior QuickBooks experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
