About the position

Our client, a real estate investment firm in Chestnut Hill, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a collaborative environment. This role is onsite 3/4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Partners' calendar, schedule, and appointments. Condense professional and personal calendars.
  • Meeting preparation and following up on action items.
  • Assist Partners with email management and build relationships with clients and other internal stakeholders.
  • Booking travel (private, commercial, domestic, international, lodging, ground transportation, etc.).
  • Create and distribute Marketing materials for the organization.
  • Managing special projects.
  • Ordering office supplies, working with vendors and implement new processes.
  • Additional duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional services experience is required.
  • 5 years of Executive Support experience required.
  • Able to anticipate needs and have problem solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage the office space.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Teams.
