About the position

The Executive Assistant / Operations Specialist at Williams Realty Partners is a pivotal role designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the real estate team. This position involves direct collaboration with leadership to streamline operations, improve client services, and implement innovative strategies within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for real estate, contributing significantly to the team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and messages to and from clients.
  • Document processes and identify areas for improvement by meeting with team members.
  • Document marketing strategies and processes.
  • Develop systems to help agents identify land development opportunities.
  • Review office workflows, highlight inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Organize and oversee four annual client events from inception to follow-up.
  • Master and train the team on the Command system and lead the development of the concierge program for buyers and sellers.
  • Supervise admin staff and ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Monitor lead flow and ensure marketing plans are on track.

Requirements

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
