About the position

The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant and Production Manager role at Kossoris Search involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process, providing executive support to the CEO, and overseeing personal matters. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal division hires.
  • Work closely with division leaders and the CEO on recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational issues as they arise.
  • Oversee personal matters of the CEO.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule.
  • Coordinate extensive bookings for attorney meetings and manage CEO's travel arrangements.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, conveying messages and information to the CEO and executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • Typing speed of 65 WPM or higher.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with high-end clientele.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • J.D. or Master's degree (optional).
