As the Executive Assistant, your primary goal is to provide a high level of detail in the daily organization of client meetings, reports, and visits through the use of Webmail, Gmail, Google Calendar, and a TODO application to keep track of your productivity. This position involves maintaining executive calendars and emails, including flagging important emails, dates, and meetings. You will also be responsible for managing three company Instagram accounts, as well as their associated professional Facebook accounts through Facebook Business Manager. This includes creating weekly Instagram posts and stories in Canva and FB Business Manager, managing incoming social media messages, and responding to all social media comments. In addition to social media management, your responsibilities will include composing and preparing correspondence, managing an active calendar of meetings, and working closely and effectively with the Owner to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. You will communicate with clients on behalf of the Owner and assist in daily and weekly marketing efforts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook Business Manager. You will also assist with scheduling and booking travel arrangements, along with other duties as assigned.
