About the position

The Executive Assistant will support two Directors on the Prime Air team at Amazon, focusing on managing complex calendars, organizing events, and coordinating travel. This role is crucial in maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while fostering a positive team environment in a fast-paced, innovative organization.

Responsibilities

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
  • Foster a fun work environment and help others do the same

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
  • 3+ years of experience at Amazon
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
