Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
  • Arranging global and domestic travel
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong execution, pivoting, and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work well with different personalities

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $115,000
