About the position

Kingdom One is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Management/Executive Assistant to join our rapidly growing non-profit organization. In this position, you will champion missional projects by conducting daily check-ins and weekly meetings to report on task progress and align with team objectives. You will serve as a vital liaison in communication between teams on various projects across the organization, ensuring effective project management of multiple initiatives simultaneously. Your role will also involve providing event support through logistics, planning, and communication, as well as offering project management support to our ministry clients as part of the Project Management Talent Group. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings for the Executive Leadership Team, coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel. Comprehensive administrative support will also be part of your duties, including email management, credit card reconciliation, and other tasks as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented project manager who is collaborative, organized, and passionate about serving others.

Responsibilities

  • Champion missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on the progress of tasks, and aligning with team objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously across various disciplines.
  • Drive project clarity and communication throughout the entire organization.
  • Provide event support through logistics, planning, and communication.
  • Serve Kingdom One ministry clients with project management support and services as part of the Project Management Talent Group.
  • Organize and calendar meetings for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, credit card reconciliation, and additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and/or Project Management experience in various industries including church, non-profit, and marketplace.
  • Flexibility to travel with COO/CVO on a monthly basis or more frequently as needed.
  • Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Detail-oriented project manager who loves to serve people and work on a team.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of systems, including MS Office or G-Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • HR background is advantageous, but not required.
  • A heart for serving the church and a love for Jesus.
