The Advertising agency located in West L.A. is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant/Receptionist to provide comprehensive support to two executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the executives' daily activities, which includes managing travel arrangements, answering phone calls, and composing correspondence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mail sorting and other administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office. Responsibilities

  • Support two executives with travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls and manage communications.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant or receptionist role.
