Executive Assistant & Retail Marketing Coordinator

About the position

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill a dual role as Executive Assistant and Retail Marketing Coordinator. This position will support our executive leadership while managing critical retail marketing initiatives across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and handle various administrative tasks
• Support special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with local print vendors to produce seasonal and promotional signage
• Coordinate with US warehouse to manage signage allocations and ensure timely distribution to stores throughout the Americas
• Respond to and facilitate ad hoc signage printing requests
• Collaborate with mall landlords to identify and leverage in-mall marketing opportunities, including digital displays and mall events
• Work closely with mall marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize visibility in mall campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing retail activations, with particular focus on new store openings

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and presentation software
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
