We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team in our Sacramento, CA office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Support Assurance team
  • Preparing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence using Microsoft Word (engagement letters, legal agreements, and client documents and invoices) in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
  • Organizing, creating, and standardizing materials such as proposals, and client correspondences
  • Assist with time & expense entry as requested
  • Run client-specific reports
  • Emailing client invoices
  • Maintain managements contacts and mailing lists
  • Assisting the team with daily workflow
  • Assisting with other onsite office services needs
  • Serving as a backup Receptionist
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Required In-Office presence a minimum of 3 days a week

Requirements

  • Previous administrative assistant work/office assistance experience needed
  • Motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledgeable of business grammar and basic proofreading skills
  • Tech savvy and ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to change direction frequently between tasks and between different clients
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning and organizing projects simultaneously
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times
  • Ability to work onsite in the office at least 3 days per week
  • Demonstrated team player with a flexible personality and positive attitude
  • Overtime may be required during busy season (January-April)
