About the position

The Executive Assistant/Sales Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the CEO and the sales department of a small company operating nationally. This role involves managing back-end operations, organizing databases, supporting travel arrangements, and assisting with digital media solutions and sales proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO's daily functions at the two companies
  • Assist with digital media solutions for the CEO
  • Manage third-party tools used by the teams
  • Maintain the main database of files on One Drive
  • Oversee the MGM Mall Planner, a proprietary tool for the company
  • Facilitate communication with malls
  • Handle scheduling and travel arrangements for the CEO

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Word skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines

Nice-to-haves
