This full-time position is based in Glendale, CA, and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.63 to $26.00. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include monitoring emails, answering phones, and managing databases to keep files up to date. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, which is essential for fostering a positive business environment. Additionally, you will manage social media accounts, prepare packages for mailing to clients as directed, and handle scheduling and appointment confirmations. Utilizing Outlook Calendar effectively to manage meetings and appointments will be a key part of your role, along with performing data entry tasks as needed. This position requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, particularly within the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and team members regularly.
