The Executive Assistant/Social Media Filming and Editing role is designed for a creative and organized individual who will manage office tasks while also filming and editing content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This position is crucial for enhancing the online presence of the chiropractic office and requires a blend of customer service, videography, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office and administrative work
  • Film treatment sessions using a Sony camera or iPhone as needed
  • Collaborate with Dr. Tyler and the social media team to create engaging content
  • Respond to patient and customer inquiries
  • Communicate with clients and manage appointments

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in videography and social media filming/editing
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience in office management or reception
