We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support PLAN's President and to manage social media goals. This part-time position (15-20 hours per week) will involve a blend of executive assistance and social media management, with the Executive Assistant duties comprising approximately 60% of the role and social media management duties making up the remaining 40%. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, self-starter qualities, and trustworthiness, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all duties. As an Executive Assistant, the chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the President's daily activities. Responsibilities will include calendar and meeting management, communication liaison, project coordination, documentation preparation, office management, event support, travel arrangements, and personal assistance. The candidate will be expected to efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, manage all communications, assist in managing concurrent projects, prepare reports and presentations, handle general office tasks, assist with event planning and production, organize travel, and provide personal support to the President. In addition to executive assistant responsibilities, the candidate will manage the social media presence for the company and its leadership. This includes content creation, content management, marketing support, analytics, contact management, and lead tracking. The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging posts, scheduling and posting content, collaborating with the marketing team, monitoring social media performance, and maintaining accurate records of connections and potential leads.
