North Shore Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This multi-unit hospitality company operates three unique restaurants—Pellana Steakhouse, Daniella's Cafe, and Daniella's Ristorante—as well as a full-service boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, showcasing an eye for design and the ability to craft a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, enhances brand awareness, and cultivates a robust online presence. This role is pivotal within our organization, requiring a flexible schedule and a deep understanding of various social media platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. Candidates must have prior hospitality experience to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as an Executive Assistant, supporting the management team with scheduling and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers to gather content and updates for social media.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support the marketing team with promotional activities and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
