The Executive Assistant Sr position at Cone Health is a vital role that provides comprehensive administrative support to an Executive Vice President or Senior Level Vice President within the Behavioral Health division. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service, as the Executive Assistant will interact with other executives, physicians, and external customers. The role is designed for individuals who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day functions that include arranging meetings, managing calendars, and developing presentations. The role also involves collaborating with other administrative assistants and executives, ensuring that all communications and projects are handled effectively. The Executive Assistant will maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring that all records are organized and accessible. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with the executive team and physicians, providing professional customer service at all times. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of the department, as it involves maintaining files and records, including financial data, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. The Executive Assistant will also oversee assigned projects independently, showcasing their ability to work autonomously while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides executive level secretarial and administrative support, including composing and managing correspondence.
  • Effectively coordinates calendars, meetings and travel.
  • Organizes and oversees assigned projects independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Builds effective and collaborative relationships with executive team and physicians.
  • Provides professional customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
  • Associates - Preferred
  • Bachelors - Preferred
  • 5-8 years of administrative experience with a High School Diploma - Required
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience with an Associate's Degree - Required
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience with a Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience working with executive leaders and physicians preferred.
