About the position

The position is primarily responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and personal assistance to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT Directors. This role is crucial in ensuring that the objectives of quality, accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and completeness are met in all tasks. The responsibilities include the preparation, communication, coordination, and storage of data that supports production and other important operations within the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the IT department by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the leadership team in their daily activities. In addition to administrative duties, the role requires experience in Human Resources and Personnel Support Management, as well as facility office management. The candidate will also be involved in business and budget administration, ensuring that financial resources are managed effectively. Furthermore, the position encompasses responsibilities related to Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Methodology (PMM), and the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). This multifaceted role may also include additional responsibilities and accountabilities that may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the business and organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative and personal assistance to the CIO and IT Directors.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and completeness in all tasks.

Requirements

  • 18+ months of post high school education from an accredited vocation, technical, or junior college.
