This position supports the CEO and CFO, managing both their professional and personal logistics while contributing to the firm's mission of transforming immigration law. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure the executive team can focus on leading the firm effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive team's strategic partner, providing comprehensive support for both professional and personal matters.
  • Masterfully manage complex calendars, ensuring zero conflicts and optimal time management.
  • Coordinate high-stakes meetings, travel arrangements, and events with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Drive key initiatives including New Frontier University, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on content creation and campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for recurring processes.
  • Provide accountability support for team commitments and goals.
  • Manage daily logistics including transportation and scheduling.
  • Ensure all materials and deliverables are error-free and timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and proactive solution finding.
  • Proficiency with office software and marketing tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ConvertKit, Kajabi, Canva).
  • Experience with marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Local to Glendale, AZ area for in-office work.
