About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO/Administrative Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Leadership Team while also supervising the Executive Assistant team. This position is responsible for enhancing workflows, communication, and collaboration within the executive team and managing various administrative tasks related to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
  • Two years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Provides executive support to the CEO and other assigned leaders.
  • Supervises the Executive Assistant team and all related supervisory tasks.
  • Works jointly with the Chief Executive Officer to improve workflows, communication, and collaboration between the Executive Assistant and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manages assigned projects and ensures progress toward established goals.
  • Oversees administrative management of Board of Directors meetings, agendas, minutes, documentation, and communication.
  • Develops, reviews, and improves administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manages calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Manages expense reporting, reimbursements, mileage, and related processes.
  • Provides additional office support such as greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls, and processing mail.
