About the position

As the Personal/Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor. Your responsibilities will include maintaining confidentiality, staying organized, and representing the CEO and their family with grace in all interactions. You will be expected to take initiative, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills, while handling sensitive legal and financial documents with accuracy. Additionally, you will track important materials to ensure they are organized and secure. Your role will also involve comprehensive calendar management, where you will coordinate both business and personal schedules, including family trips and meetings. You will be responsible for keeping both digital and hard-copy calendars up-to-date and planning extensive global travel arrangements, including lodging and entertainment. Furthermore, you will oversee the management of the family's properties, vehicles, and maintenance needs, ensuring that service providers meet quality standards. You will also manage sports sponsorships, administering game day tickets and liaising with teams and sponsors. In the realm of family office coordination, you will assist with various financial activities, including liaising with wealth managers and tax advisors. You will handle charitable donations and manage foundations, as well as oversee trust-related activities, monitor accounts, and track gifts. Responsibilities
